Anger Management

Being angry is not a problem unless that anger is not successfully deployed and controlled by you.  Anger is often a result of frustration or a of feeling blocked or thwarted from something the person feels is important to them. Anger can also be a defensive response to underlying fear or feelings of vulnerability or powerlessness.  Uncontrolled anger can often move towards rage which is a violent expression of unresolved anger.   Many people have found themselves in situations that they never intended to be in because they could not gain control of their anger.

Management

Through my anger management sessions, we not only deal with the triggers, we delve into the root causes of uncontrolled anger.  If we can pluck it up at the root, we can nearly eradicate the problem.  However, this is not an overnight process.  Dealing with and managing the anger itself is a vital first step in the process.

My program will help you to control your anger issues through applicable exercises, study tools and counseling and help you to define and tackle the though issues in your life that cause your anger to be unmanaged.
